- Be a good person.
- Pray for the people you love. Or, alternatively, think good thoughts about and for them.
- Do the right thing.
- Tell the truth.
- Love openly and freely and without regret.
- Take chances.
- Smile.
- Do something for yourself every day. Do something for someone else every day.
- Take care of yourself. Someone loves you and wants you around.
- Be a loving accepting presence in your dealings with friends and family.
- Help those that need it. Help those that don’t.
- Read and think. Never stop learning.
Ordinarily I trash email forwards as soon as I get them, but a few of these struck a chord.
