I was not aware of John’s secret pledgie campaign for Julie when I started this one (leaving it available for two more days and then closing it out).

The overwhelming love, support, and generosity you have shown, whether you donated to John’s, mine, or both, has been beyond amazing. I honestly have trouble putting it all into words. It means so much especially in a time of uncertainty about the future.

To all of you, thank you. That doesn’t cover it properly, but thank you. Whatever might happen, whatever anyone says or does, I will never ever forget this show of humanity, decency and generosity. Reblogging, hearting, donating, sending along ask boxes or KIK’s or emails, it all means so much. It does.

John, thank you, mate. Seriously, that was an excellent idea, and I’m beyond thrilled at how much you got done without actually revealing it. Claudia, I know you had a lot to do with John’s efforts, and you deserve a ton of thanks too.
